THESE TERMS OF USE APPLY TO ALL USE OF THE TILE TECHNOLOGY WEBSITE AND APP. BY USING THE WEBSITE YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THEM.

The Website & App


These terms of use (and the various policies and documents referred to in it – which together are referred to as the “terms” throughout) set out the terms of use on which you may make use of our website located at www.tick.co and App via the App store on IOS and Android (the “Website” & the “App”). Use of the Website & App includes accessing it, perusing it, or using any of the functionality offered via it. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the Website & App as they represent a binding legal agreement and you will be bound by their terms. We recommend that you print a copy of the terms for future reference. By using the Website & App, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use the Website or App.

Permissions You Give to Us.

i) As part of our agreement, you give us permissions that we need to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it. Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of your content that you post on or through the Service. Instead, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account.

ii) You give us permission to show your username, thumbnails, and information about your actions (such as upvotes & downvotes) next to or in connection with accounts, ads, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or engage with that are displayed on Tick Products, without any compensation to you. For example, we may show that you liked a sponsored post created by a brand that has paid us to display its ads.

iii) In addition to the grant of Distribution Rights hereunder, the Content Provider grants separately to Tick the right to edit, adapt or alter the Content or authorise third parties to do so for the purposes of formatting or where required by any censorship or regulatory authority or as may be necessary for the purposes of exercising the Distribution Rights.

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we will process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Our Community Guidelines, which governs the terms and behaviour upon which users should interact with both the website and App.

We may limit the availability of the Website & App or any service or product described on the Website to any person or geographic area at any time.
