Your best new morning tea

Step 1: Fresh press lemon into your favorite mug

Step 2 & 3: Add spooonful of raw honey (my fave:Elim Honey). Add 1 cup of hot water and stir till dissolved

Step 4: Add 1 scoop of collagen protein (featured here: Vital Proteins) and stir till dissolved.

Step 5: Crawl back into bed and enjoy while meditating, journaling, and starting your daily AM rituals.
