iMessage lets you quickly send reactions to messages, called Tapbacks.

To add a Tapback, double click a message you've received - you'll see a set of icons appear.

Tap the one you want and it's sent instantly.

The other person will see the Tapback appear on their message.

If you accidentally send the wrong Tapback, double click on the message again and you can remove it.
