Quiche Lorraine with Mushrooms!

put the flour, salt, and butter (cut up) into a bowl

mix together with your hands

mix until roughly the texture of cornmeal

add water and mix together until it forms a ball

make a pie crust shape in a pie dish, prick all over with a fork, and freeze for 15 minutes

some things to cut/grate: 1 cup mushrooms, .5 cup spring onions, .5C cheddar, .5C mozzarella

fill with aluminum foil and something heavy, preferably beans. i don’t have any beans so let’s pray.

place in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 Celsius

cook 4 bacon strips (i prefer lardons) in a skillet

soften mushroom and onions using butter

smelling yummy!

in a large bowl, mix together 4 eggs, 1.25C double cream, and 1/8 tsp pepper

add the onions and mushrooms to your egg and cream mixture

add bacon and cheese to mixture

add the mixture to the shell

put the quiche in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 celsius

wait 5 minutes and enjoy!
