Push Up - Variations

Variation: Kneeling during the press up makes it easier

Make sure to position your hands right underneath your shoulders.

Variation: After press up extend your hands sideways

Always keep your back straight.

Mistake: Don't push too high and overextend your arms!

Mistake: Don't point hands at each other or legs are too far apart!

Mistake: Don't place your hands too far apart!
