Planking - Variations

Forearms Planking: Place elbows underneath shoulders, arms slightly pointing inwards.

Straight Arms Planking: Place hands under your shoulders and keep your arms straight.

Mistake: Don't place your hands too far ahead or your back will arch up!

Mistake: Always keep your back straight!

Sideways Plank: Place elbow under your shoulder and your hand flat on the ground.

Always keep a straight back.

Mistake: Keep your back straight, don't leave it hanging!

Backward Plank: Hands are pointing towards your feet.

Mistake: Always maintain tension, don't leave yourself hanging.
