Creamy Mustard Chicken preparation
Heat pan with medium fire
Add mushrooms
Cut 240g chicken into 1cm slices
Chop red onion
Fry mushrooms till dark golden
Add chicken slices
Add chopped onion
Add olive oil
Cook for 5 min
Add 2 tea spoonful mustard
Add 150mL water
Add 60mL single cream
Season with sea salt
and black pepper
Cook another 30 sec
Done :D Simple but yummy!
