Step One: Warm up with lunges

Step Two: Hold the stick correctly... not like this!
Step Two: “Hold the Stick” ... Hands on each end of the grip
Step Two: “Hold the Stick” ... Correct body position; legs bent, straight back, eyes forward
Step Three: “Slapping the ball”, two hands at the top of the grip
Step Three: “Slapping the ball” ... Left leg lunge towards the ball
Step Three: “Slapping the ball” ... stick low along the ground
Step Three: “Slapping the ball” ... eyes on the ball, hit it! 🔥🔥
Step Four: “Hitting” the ball, two hands at the top of the grip
Step Four: “Hitting” the ball, left leg steps towards the ball
Step Four: “Hitting” the ball; eyes on the ball, lift stick up to hit
Step Four: “Hitting” the ball, follow through and hit! #BadCamera 🙈
Step Five: “Trapping”, controlling the ball
Step Five: “Trapping” ... Legs bent, hands at each end of the stick, stick on the ground 🤘
Step Five: “Trapping” ... bend to place stick on along the ground
Step Five: “Trapping” ... controlling the ball... all in one motion
Step Five: Good Job Dean!!
Step Six: Dribbling the ball... legs bent, low body position, eyes facing forward 👀
Step Six: Dribbling - low body position walking forward
Step Six: Dribble faster as you gain confidence 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Step Six: Dribbling - smashed it Joel! ❤️
Step Seven: “Indian Dribble” changing ball direction as you dribble
Step Seven: “Indian Dribble” ... low body position, hands at each end of the stick
Step Seven: “Indian Dribble” ... move the ball from side-to-side, only use the front face of the stick!! 🚫
Step Seven: “Indian Dribble” ... Alice and George demonstrate 👏
Step Eight: “Reverse Slap”, push the ball 2 metres in front of you
Step Eight: “Reverse Slap” ... Lunge with your right foot forward
Step Eight: “Reverse Slap”... twist the stick in your hands, front side facing upwards, reach out along the ground
Step Eight: “Reverse Slap” ... eyes on the ball, hit the ball!! 🏑🏑
Step Eight: “Reverse Slap”... roll the ball out, right leg lunge, twisted stick along the ground, hit the ball 🔥🔥
Step Nine: “Shooting”... make sure the ball is at least 1 metre from your body
Step Nine: Make sure you step towards the ball - not right this time, Joe! 🥵
Step Nine: “Shooting” Joe Steps towards the ball, watches the ball the whole time and swings his stick
Step Nine: “Shooting” ... Coach Howard’s powerful shot goes top corner - crazy save by Deano !! 🔥🔥
Step Nine: “Shooting” ... sometimes the keeper is too good!
Step Nine: “Shooting” ... good work lads
Step Ten: “Penalty Flicks” ... no run up allowed, your feet must be behind the ball
Step Ten: “Penalty Flicks” ... left leg steps into the flick
Step Ten: “Penalty Flicks” ... in one motion, flick the ball towards to the goal corner
Step Ten: “Penalty Flicks” ... Howard demonstrates a well taken Penalty Flick into the corner 👏👏
