With the Mint sprig, there are 3 parts to identify.
The top comprises of the sprig.
Below that are your leaves which will be used inside the cocktail.
Then you have the stem – you may have to trim it if it is too long.
Isolate the top of the sprig.
Run your fingers down the stem, removing the leaves.
Break the stem off.
