Same grip as the Forehand with the rim in between the middle and 4th finger. Thumbs on top.
The disc should be tilted upside down tilted towards 11’o’clock. Practice snapping your wrist.
Put all your weight on your left foot and release the disc at the same time as you snap your wrist.
Aim slightly left of your target and the disc will level out in the air.
