There are many ways to garnish with cucumber – the cucumber peel is the most aesthetically pleasing.

The first slice of peel tends to be discarded as the skin can be quite bitter.

Your second slice should be good to go – make sure you have green on either side and white in the middle.

You can repeat this, making as many peels as you need.
