How to make your own soy milk!

Soak 100gms of soybeans for 8-10 hours/overnight

When they’re plump and soaked, rub them between your palms to get the loose skins to come off and float on the water.

Pop the beans in the blender with 2 cups of water, blitz for a minute, then add in another 4 cups of water

Boil on a medium flame for about 5-7 minutes & stir. Keep scooping off the scum and discarding it

Strain using a muslin cloth & store in a bottle. You could add a few drops of vanilla for taste.
