How to make Vegan Yogurt.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup Cashews,1 1/4 Cup Water, 2 Tbsp Honey, 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract, pinch of Salt.

Step 1: Soak Cashew nuts for 2 hours. Then drain them.

Step 2: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for 5 minutes, until smooth, with no lumps.

Step 3: Pour into a glass bowl, and cover with a cloth.

Step 4: Store in a warm place for 24-28 hrs, this allows it to become tangy. Then store in the fridge. :)
