How to make Vegan Sour Cream

Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Cashews, 1Tbsp Lemon juice, 1tsp Apple cider vinegar, 1/4tsp Salt

Optional Ingredients: 1 Garlic clove, 1/4tsp Mustard

Step 1: Soak Cashew nuts for 6 hours

Step 2: After the 6 hours, add all the ingredients to the blender.

Step 3: Add a 1/4 Cup of water and then Blend until smooth.

Step 4: Pour into a sealable container.

Step 5: Store in the fridge, where it will thicken.
