How to make Vegan Sausage Rolls

Process 100g of walnuts & transfer to a large bowl.

Sauté 1/2 an onion & 250g of white mushrooms until the water has evaporated. Add to food processor.

Add 5 sun-dried tomatoes & 1 tbsp of miso paste.

Process until smooth & transfer to the bowl.

Add 75g breadcrumbs, 1 tsp smoked paprika powder, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp sage.

Add 1 tsp celery salt, pepper to taste & mix together well.

Roll the mixture into a sausage shape.

Place sausage on puff pastry sheet & cut in half.

Roll in, cut & pay down the puff pastry.

Fold in the ends & make horizontal cuts.

Bake

Serve!
