How to make Vegan Pancakes!

Ingredients: 2 Cup Flour, 6 tsp Baking Powder, 1 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal (egg substitute)

1/4 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Cup Oil, 1 3/4 Cup Milk

Step 1: Pre-heat the griddle to 375F, and add some oil.

Step 2: Add all the ingredients to a bowl.

For the egg substitute mix the 2 Tbsp of Flaxseed meal with 6 Tbsp of water and then add to the batter.

Step 3: Mix everything together.

Step 4: Pour the batter onto the griddle.

Step 5: Once Cooked, Add your favourite toppings and enjoy! Tick.Done.
