How To Make Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients: 1 Cup Cashews, 1/2 Cup water, 2 Tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tsp Apple cider Vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp mustard powder

1 Garlic clove, 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt, 1 1/4 Cup of Oil.

Step1: Soak the 1 Cup of Cashew nuts in a bowl of water for 4 hours.

Step 2: After the 4 hours, drain the Cashew nuts

Step 3: Add all the ingredients, except the Oil, to the blender.

Step 4: Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 5: With the blender on a low speed, add the 1 1/4 Cup of Oil.

Step 6: Pour into a jar.

Step 7: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes and then enjoy!
