How to make Vegan Fried Eggs

For the vegan egg white, take 50g firm tofu, 40ml water, 2tsp corn starch, 2tsp chickpea flour, 1tsp nutritional yeast

Add 1/4tsp kalanamak salt and blend

For the vegan yolk take 2tsp fine polenta, 1/2 cup (140ml) water, 2tbsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Add 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4tsp garlic powder, 1/4tsp kalanamak salt and blend

Pour the white mix into the greased pan, fry on high heat, then cook for 5 mins with a closed lid

Pour yolk mix into pan, cook and stir until it thickens, plate vegan egg white and spoon yolk on top
