Steam milk in a swirling motion

Knock jug on the counter to separate the foam and milk

Swirl the coffee in one direction. Fill in the milk, swirling in the opposite direction

Bring the jug down and draw out the foam from the centre, wiggling as you go then draw through to finish

Repeat either side
