How to make Singapore style pork bone soup 肉骨茶

Fill a large pot with hot water

Boil a pot of rice at the side

Use pork bone soup flavouring packet (or find the spices separately)

Place the teabag in boiling water

Add 2 whole cloves of garlic (do not peel)

Add dark soy sauce to taste

Add white ground pepper (add as much as you want!)

Get pork ribs (you can find it in larger tesco stores or chinatown)

Add pork ribs to soup

Mix & let the soup simmer on low heat

Use a lid / plate to cover the pot & boil the soup until the pork ribs are so soft the meat falls off the bone! 🤤
