How to make scrambled eggs the no mess way

Melt a small amount of butter in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Break eggs directly into pan to save washing up.

Add salt and pepper and nothing else - no milk, no cream.

Mix the eggs in the pan with a spatula.

Stir regularly.

When the egg starts to thicken, after a few minutes, stir continuously.

Remove from heat while the egg is still a little runny - it will continue to cook for 30 seconds to a minute.

Serve immediately - add salt and pepper to taste.
