Swirl the coffee in one direction. Fill the milk, swirling in the opposite direction.

Pour the milk, leaving some space at the bottom. Swivel upwards, getting faster as you go & pour a line down the middle

On one side, repeat the swivelling motion & pour a line down the middle.

Repeat on the other side, swivelling upwards & pouring a line down the middle.

At the bottom, on one side, pour the milk & swivel upwards, pouring a line down the middle.

Repeat on the other side, below the flower, swivelling upwards & pouring a line down the middle again.

Serve!
