Measure 60ml / 1/4 cup of milk into a jug.
Add two eggs and mix with a fork.
Place two slices of bread in a shallow dish, and pour over the mixture. Turn to coat fully.
Using a spatula, place the bread in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Turn after around 30s, when the egg is cooked.
When both sides are cooked, serve with maple syrup.
