Steam milk in a swirling motion

Knock jug on the counter to separate the foam and milk

Swirl the coffee and fill in the milk, swirling in the opposite direction

Start slowly on the middle, then more quickly draw out to the edge, wiggling as you go, then off to one side

Use a spoon to add extra foam for the ears

Using a straw, take a dot of brown foam to draw eyes

Add ear detail with brown foam

Voila! Serve.
