How to make caramel nibble cookies


You will need: 200g butter 300g caster sugar 1 large egg 325g self-raising flour 200g milk buttons 200g caramel nibbles

whisk the butter and sugar together until smooth

weigh out the flour

Gradually mix the flour into the butter and sugar. If the mixture is too dry add a dash of milk

Add the chocolate buttons and caramel nibbles to the mixture and combine with your hands

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease 2 baking trays

Separate the mixture into 12 equally sized balls and place 6 on each tray

Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. The outside of the cooks should be golden and the middle bit gooey
