Butter your baking paper

Grease the tin

"Cream" the butter and sugar

Slowly add the egg and flower

Mush the banana

Smooth out and cover with foil

Place in the middle of the oven

Tidy up!!

Remove foil after 20 minutes, cook open for the last 20
