Make sure you’ve got the right glass for an Aperol Spritz – the Goblet Glass.
This glass is used for most cocktails with Prosecco/Champagne in it as allows for carbonation & brings out the flavour.
In an alcohol measuring cup, pour out 35ml of Aperol.
Pour the Aperol into the Goblet Glass, over ice.
Add Prosecco to the halfway point.
Add Soda Water to the ¾ mark.
Add a slice of orange to garnish the drink.
