Steam milk in a swirling motion

Knock jug on the counter to separate the foam and milk

Swirl the coffee in a clockwise direction. Fill in the milk, swirling in the opposite direction

Bring the jug down and drawn out the foam from the middle, wiggle until you hit the edge then push straight out
