How to Make a Mojito

To make a Mojito, you will need a high glass as the drink contains a large amount of liquid.

Add 3 slices of lime to the glass.

With a handful of mint leaves, slap it & add it to the glass. This brings out the flavour.

With an alcohol measuring glass, measure out 12.5ml of sugar syrup.

Pour the sugar syrup into the glass.

Muddle the ingredients to infuse them altogether and bring out some new flavours.

Add crushed ice to the halfway mark.

Measure out 35ml of Bacardi and add to the glass.

Charge the drink – bring the ingredients from the bottom of the glass to the top of the glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice all the way to the top.

Top the drink off with apple juice.

Garnish with a large mint sprig.

Add 2 straws right by the mint sprig & serve!
