First the water has to boil!
Second: put some salt in it!
Now the best part: put the pasta in and wait the right amount of time!
Remove the water! Caution: it’s hot!
Put it back
Add the sauce (it this case we’re making carbonara so it’s eggs and pancetta)
Mix
And that’s how you make a good “italian” carbonara!
