Add coconut oil into a big pan
Fry chopped garlic and onions briefly
Add chickpeas and stir
Time for fresh spinach
Add chopped courgette/ zucchini and bell pepper
Season with salt and pepper
Time to mix it with your couscous
Spice it up with some chillies 🌶
