Squeeze all the limes for juice as soon as you buy them. Bottle this and pop it into the fridge - use when required.
Push the skins into a jar & cover them with white vinegar. Leave for two weeks to make a lemony flavoured vinegar...
Strain the skins out & dilute the citrus vinegar with equal parts water to use as an all-purpose cleaner!
