How to Crush Ice (for Cocktails)

Have your ice, tea towel and muddler ready.

If you don’t have a muddler, you can also use a rolling pin.

Open up your tea towel.

Scoop a small amount of ice onto the centre of the tea towel.

Wrap up the ice and twist the ends of the tea towel.

Using the muddler, smash the ice.

Open up the tea towel.

Your ice is crushed.
