How to cook Lentil Ragu / pasta

Start frying some Garlic, Dried chilli and Rosemary in a small amount of Olive oil

Add a handful of onion

Add a small amount of celery

Add tomato paste / puree

Add water

Add vegetable stock cube

Add brown lentils (dry) whilst boiling dry pasta in a separate pot

Turn down the heat and let simmer whilst covered

Add more water as well as the cooked the pasta dry pasta from the other pot

Add chopped parsley

Voila! Bon appetite!
