add 1tbp of oil and fry on a griddle for 10 minutes
Flip the burgers every few minutes to ensure even cooking
Slice some cheese
cut your brioche buns down the middle
make sure the burgers are cooking nicely
place the thinly sliced cheese on the burger and let it melt for around 1 minute
add ketchup & mayonnaise to your bun
add fries to compete
