drip a small amount of oil on to your steak and gently rub it in and then proceed to add salt and pepper to both sides
place your steak on a hot pan with a medium to high flame and set a 8 minute timer
flip the steak every minute to ensure both sides cook and brown evenly
don’t forget to flip your steak at the later stages.
once the 8 minute timer rings proceed to letting your steak rest for 10 minutes
when the 10 minutes is up proceed to placing your steak on a new plate and serve with a side of choice (smileyfaces)
