Honey garlic bacon pork loin.....
start by quickly searing a pork loin on both sides in a hot pan
lay bacon out in an overlapping row
place the seared loin to one end
add garlic if preferred
season
roll loin into the bacon
your finished roll
pour and brush honey over the top
add to a preheated oven (180 fan/200 conventional) for 20 mins
baste with the honey juices and then add back to the oven for a further 10 mins
final baste and then rest for 10 minutes
slice to serve
