Place a full bottle of 💧 next to your bed
Lay out your yoga mat and workout gear for the morning💪
Turn off all electronic devices to 1h before you sleep and read instead (Nietzsche works better than Ambien)😴
Morning: Alarm goes off, every decision you make now will influence your entire day!
Open curtains and switch on light to tell your brain it is time to wake up!
Chug bottle of water to kickstart the day and fight the drowsy feeling which comes from dehydration
Make your bed, it’s the first decision of the day you can be proud of and it feels good to come home to a made bed!
Don’t forget to floss! (Listening to James Brown is optional)
7min workout 🏋️♀️
Reward yourself with a nice breakfast 🍳
10min of journaling about yesterday and important decisions today (helps to reflect and write off unnecessary 💭)
