Place a full bottle of ๐ง next to your bed
Lay out your yoga mat and workout gear for the morning๐ช
Turn off all electronic devices to 1h before you sleep and read instead (Nietzsche works better than Ambien)๐ด
Morning: Alarm goes off, every decision you make now will influence your entire day!
Open curtains and switch on light to tell your brain it is time to wake up!
Chug bottle of water to kickstart the day and fight the drowsy feeling which comes from dehydration
Make your bed, itโs the first decision of the day you can be proud of and it feels good to come home to a made bed!
Donโt forget to floss! (Listening to James Brown is optional)
7min workout ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Reward yourself with a nice breakfast ๐ณ
10min of journaling about yesterday and important decisions today (helps to reflect and write off unnecessary ๐ญ)
