Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, and take 3 deep breaths in and out.

Next, bring one arm up and over head. Stretch to the side and take 3 deep breaths on each side.

Finally, walk both hands forward & take 3 deep breaths. Then walk both hands back, look to the ceiling & take 3 more.
