There’s a huge seed in the middle

so cut down slightly off the middle (you should feel the knife around the seed)

cut all the way to the bottom

now cut the other side again along the seed

method 1: take one side and cut out squares

(continue making squares)

now pop it open

and easily take the cubes

method 2: simply use a spoon to feed yourself whatever size and shape you want

now what to do with this seed?

cut open the skin at one end

peel open both sides
