Cauliflower chocolate ice-cream

Ingredients: 1/2 head of Cauliflower, 9 Tbsp Maple syrup, 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract, 9 Tbsp Cocoa Powder.

9 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil, 6 Tbsp of Milk.

Step 1: Boil the Cauliflower until soft. About 5 minutes

Step 2: Pour all the ingredients into the blender.

Step 3: Blend until it’s all mixed together.

Step 4: Pour mixture into containers.

Step 5: Place the containers in the freezer for 6 hours.
