The Shrub π³: Start with your feet in mountain position, a micro-bend in the knees
Pick up your right heel & place it above your left knee
Not on the knee cap but where the muscle meets the bone. Keep the toes in flexion
Bring hands down, by the hips, shoulders rotated externally & gently sit into left hip
Hold it there. Get a nice stretch for the hip & glute while maintaining posture stability in the spine
Eyes forward, back of the neck long
To come out, straighten the left leg, pick the right leg up, step back into mountain position & change sides
Childβs Pose π§: Start with your knees 2-3 feet apart, big toes touching
Come down onto your forearms & place your head down onto the floor
Rock your forehead from left to right, massaging the front of the skull & taking a little rest
