5 min Carrot and Blueberry Mug Cake (great to make with kids)

Grate 2 carrots

Add quarter of a cup of flour to each mug

Melt half a slab of butter

Add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to each cup

Then 1/8 tsp of nutmeg

1/4 tsp of baking powder

Add 2 tbsp sugar to each cup (brown preferably, but white works)

2 tbsp of grated carrot in each

Add a quarter cup of milk in each and a tbsp of the melted butter

Add a few blueberries and stir well

Put in microwave for 2 mins

And voila! A 5 min carrot and blueberry cake. Add icing as preferred!
